SAPA makes its debut as a patron at the Members’ Meeting and the Cotec 2025 Gala

SAPA debuted on June 24th as a patron of the Cotec Foundation for Innovation, participating for the first time in the Members’ Meeting and the eagerly awaited annual Gala held on June 24th. Represented by Ibón Aperribay Arbelaiz, the company thus reaffirms its firm commitment to promoting innovation in Spain, now in its new role as patron of the foundation.

The Cotec 2025 Gala, held in Madrid, brought together hundreds of key figures from the Spanish innovation ecosystem: researchers, entrepreneurs, authorities, students, and, of course, the foundation’s full members. With His Majesty King Felipe VI as honorary president, the gala revolved around the theme «Innovation and Youth,» giving the spotlight to talented individuals under 30 and making it clear that the future is in their hands.

The event was the ideal setting to present the Cotec 2025 Yearbook, a very special edition illustrated and written by young creatives and journalists selected from more than 250 applications. Attendees also participated in a forum on intangible asset financing, which fostered the exchange of ideas and debate among Cotec members.

SAPA’s presence as a new patron, along with its position as one of the industrial companies with the greatest growth potential, is a clear reflection of its commitment to the future of innovation in Spain and its direct connection to the industrial sector.
