SAPA successfully completes testing at Yuma Proving Ground alongside the US Army’s Ground Vehicle Systems Center.
SAPA has reached a new milestone in its mission to develop advanced mobility solutions for the vehicles of the future. In collaboration with the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) and Cummins, the Advanced Mobility Prototype (AMEP) successfully passed a series of rigorous tests at Yuma Proving Ground, once again validating our latest mobility technology.
These tests were instrumental in demonstrating the AMEP’s exceptional capabilities. Tackling demanding terrain, challenging obstacles, and gradients of up to 60%, the prototype not only met but exceeded expectations. Powered by the Cummins Advanced Combat Engine (ACE) and SAPA’s innovative ACT transmission, the AMEP excelled in mobility performance, remote operation capability, smooth operation, and energy efficiency.
The success of these tests reinforces our commitment to providing the most efficient and high-performance mobility solutions for the vehicles of the future. This advancement not only reflects the technical excellence of our team but also our ability to meet the most rigorous demands of the military environment.
We are excited by the progress made and will continue to innovate to redefine the future of military mobility. Stay tuned for more updates and don’t miss the video of the Yuma tests, which is now available.
